Beauty-Parlour Training was arranged during the first term of the year 2006 ; about sixty to seventy girls got the benefit of the training.

A lecture of Mrs. Ashaben Dalal of on 9th of November 2006 of Jagrut Mahila Sangathan was organized.

A lecture on Menopause was held on 27th of November 2006.

A one day lecture on ‘Women’s Contribution to Career Building and Today’s Women’ was held on 11th December 2006.

An elocution competition on ‘Woemen’s Role in Society’was held on 19th December 2006.

An essay writing competition on ‘My Dreams for My Future’ was held in August 2007.

A lecture of Ms. Arti Padmani, B. & B. Polytechnic College, V.V.Nagar on ‘Women’s Protection’ was organized on 11th of October 2007 at the college.

A seminar incorporating various subjects like ‘self-defense’, ‘Biological Problems of Women’, ‘Legal Awareness’ was organized by the CWDC of the college. A rally with the message of ‘bringing an end to the female foetus’was also held along with the seminar.

Five girls participated in a seminar entitled Stree Bhrun Hatya at Vaso College.
